| Shipping Info.:
Most items ship within 48 hours by USPS Priority Mail and take 2-3 days for delivery. Larger, bulkier items may ship by UPS or FedEx and take
5-10 working days. If you require overnight shipping, the actual charge
will be applied to your total. Additional charges may apply to bulky or heavy shipments and those where the destination
is outside of the contiguous United States. This includes APO and AE destinations. If this is the case, you will be contacted for approval of same.
Cut off for guaranteed Christmas delivery is December 15th.
Shipping outside the contiguous 48 states will be quoted by email after order is placed and you will not be charged until you have approved the extra fee.
Payment Methods:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover Card. All online orders are processed via Secure Server using SSL encryption to protect credit card information. You can also order over the phone by contacting our customer service department at 1-888-803-9194.
Return Policy:
We know that you and your friends are going to love our products so much that you won't want to return anything but just in case here is our policy.
You can return any item to us for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Orders returned after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returned or exchanged items must include original packaging and instructions. If instructions are missing, or the product or packaging is altered from the original condition there is a 25% restocking fee. Special order items are not returnable (breed items, artwork, personalized) nor are our carriers, beds (if used), books, software and some specialty items (most items carry a note at the bottom of description). We are unable to refund any shipping charges on orders. There is a 10% restocking charge on all "bulky" returned items and orders over $100.00.

Washington Sales Tax:
Washington Residents are taxed 6.5% (not on shipping). As well, all orders shipped to a Washington address will pay sales tax. For all
other residents and out of state deliveries, there is no tax charged.
